Growing up on a Herefordshire hop farm has given our Dorothy a taste for the stunning local scenery and the secrets of truly great ale. To brew a bottled beer as magnificent as her surroundings, Dorothy used an inspired mix of five hop varieties. Together with a blend of malts that form a well-balanced biscuit and caramel base, she has created a bold, golden IPA bursting with fresh, zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavours.
