On the nose sweet spicey notes and ripe red fleshed apples as you walk through an orchard in late autumn, crunching wayward apples under foot. Tasting of juicy, over ripe red fleshed apples with spice. Prickly volatiles keep the fruit fresh and the barrel and smoke emerge to give a full mouthfeel. Slight sourness plus the expected astringency and bitterness keep this very moreish.
